Timetable Guide 
Where a date is coloured yellow a special timetable will be in force. These are normally dates upon which some Event is taking place such as a Day Out With Thomas or Santa by Steam.  For these dates train times are publicised a few weeks or days in advance and will be shown on the official South Devon Railway sites as well as on this site. 
In the blue timetable the column with an 'A' above it has trains which are hauled by a diesel locomotive. 
In the blue timetable columns with a 'X' above them are hauled by diesel locomotives on the following dates only :- 3rd July, 7th August, 4th September and 2nd October.  
All services in green are by the popular diesel railcar, for train times use the red timetable.
